  • Yoga classes adapted to age range to help children develop the physical and emotional skills to become kinder and balanced adults.

    I love creating classes around a story or a strong theme using movements, breathing, games and mindfulness to help them in particular with body awareness and expression, focus, self-esteem and resilience in a fun and nurturing environment.

  • Based on De Gasquet Pre- and Post-Natal proven yoga method, which incorporates the perineum for a safe muscular strengthening.

    Get relief to the main aches and pains of pregnancy and post-partum, improve your wellbeing and especially recover energy and a good shape after birth, learn how to move safely and relax.

  • When life gets very busy and work very stressful, mindfulness can help to lower stress level, manage better emotions and be more present to your life and your surroundings.

  • Share a yoga practice and mini-breaks with kids. Deepen your connection, strengthen the communication and spread the giggles.

    Use age-based class plan, posture / partner / affirmation cards, breathers / mini-breaks, games, crafts and journal prompts among others to accompany you and focus on your time together.
