Hello, fellow yogi, parent or visitor. My name is Solène and I believe in empowering people with their physical and mental fitness through yoga and mindfulness.
I have been practicing yoga and meditation since over 15 years, first to deal with back pain and a high-paced stressful work environment.
Yoga became my life anchor and later on a new profession. Since then, I have continuously deepened my knowledge and practice, in particular accompanying working women with high stress-loads since 2019 in one-to-one or offering kids yoga & mindfulness classes since 2021.
I would be happy to support you through your own journey to connect better with yourself and also help any parents or educators wishing to practice yoga as a family or in the classroom with in-person or online classes as well as with free resources and tips.
