Inner Smile Meditation – Kindness from Within
The Inner Smile Meditation is a simple mindfulness practice where you gently bring the sensation of a smile inward. Instead of smiling outwardly, you visualise or feel a soft smile directed toward yourself.
Often taught in Taoist traditions, it can also be done in a secular way. No belief system is required — it’s a way of activating positive emotions and shifting your nervous system into a calmer, more balanced state.
